Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Sunday 12/5/21 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Webster County MS. Visitation will be 6:00PM until 8:00PM Saturday 12/4/21 at Oliver Funeral Home. Mr. William "Peanut" Morelan, 64, carpenter and life-long resident of Eupora, MS, died 11/30/21 at his home in Webster County, MS. Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Sunday 12/5/21 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Webster County. Bro. Larry Halford officiated. Pallbearers; Eric Pollan, Craig Oswalt, Michael Haney, Hunter Crowley, Derick Crowley, Dennis McGee and Jack Huffman. He was preceded in death by his parents; Johnnie and Kathleen Morelan, his wife; Bonnie Thompson Morelan and his brother; John Wayne Morelan. Mr. William is survived by three daughters; Stacie (Toby) Britt, Eupora, MS, Nikki (Derek) Carpenter, Cumberland, MS, Kim (Josh) Horner, Mathiston, MS, and nine grandchildren; Brooklyn Britt, D. J. Carpenter, MaKiley Daniels, Haley Carpenter, Austin Britt, Karley Daniels, Jailynn Daniels, Dale Britt and Dylan Carpenter. William was born February 20, 1957 in Maben, MS. He graduated from Eupora High Shool in 1975. On January 15, 1982, William married the love of his life Bonnie Thompson Morelan. On February 10, 1980, September 29, 1983, and July 1, 1985, respectively, he welcomed his three beautiful daughters who were a big part of his life. William was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children, grandchildren, family and friends. During hunting season if you could not find him on his hill, he could be found at the Center Hunting Club with his hunting family and friends. William received his nickname "Peanut" during his truck driving career and carried on his nickname while owning his own trucking business. He was known in the community as a very skilled carpenter and could build anything. William was able to lend a helping hand to others because he was a jack of all trades. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him
