Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday 2/28/24 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Clarkson Cemetery in Webster County, MS. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of Clarkson Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 Noon until 2:00PM Wednesday 2/28/24 at Oliver Funeral Home. William Wallace "Bill" McBride, Jr., 77, passed away at State Veterans Home in Oxford, MS on Monday, February 26, 2024. Bill was born to William Wallace McBride, Sr. and Liazer Olean Goines McBride in Houston, MS on March 29, 1946. Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, MS with burial in Clarkson Cemetery in Mathiston, MS. Rev. Scott McBride will officiate. Pallbearers will be George McBride, Joe McBride, Scott McBride, Willie Lott, Ken Palmer and Keith Palmer. Visitation is Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 12Noon until service time at 2:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home in Eupora, MS. Mr. McBride was a retired Service Tech for Diebold and a member of Mt. Moriah Methodist Church in Webster County, MS and also served in the United States Air Force as a Radio Relay Equipment Repairman. Mr. Bill is survived by his two daughters; Beth McBride and Emily (Stephen) Loague both of Blue Springs, MS, six grandchildren; Megan Grissom of Sumrall, MS, Ellie (William) Johnsey, Andrea Grissom, Tyler Loague, Georgia Loague and Samantha Loague all of Sherman, MS, and one great grandson; Kyson Johnsey. He was preceded in death by his parents; William Wallace McBride, Sr. and Liazer Olean Goines and his loving wife; Nancy LaBon McBride.
