Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Monday 12/4/23 at Blythe Creek Baptist Church in Choctaw County MS with burial in the Blythe Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Blythe Creek Baptist Church instead of the Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00PM until 2:00PM Monday 12/4/23 at Blythe Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Thelma Vivian Ray Fondren, was born 5/14/31 in Choctaw County, MS and died 12/1/2023 in Starkville, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents; William E. "Bill" Ray and Bessie Sharp Ray, her spouse; Stantford Fondren, her siblings; Elsie Aleene Ray and Calvin Sharp Ray, a grandchild; Thomas Oakley and and a great grandchild; Lathem Oakley. She is survived by two daughters; Stanthia (William) Oakley, Starkville, MS and Lesa (Don) Bowen, Mathiston, MS, and two sons; David (Dean) Fondren and Mack (Connie) Fondren both of Mathiston, MS.
