Ralph Edward Henley was born May 14, 1948 to Ralph Sr. and Berlene Henley. He died at age 75 on March 30, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora, MS. Ralph resided in Clarkson, MS with his wife Shirley and raised their two children Nora (Tim) Tindall and Wade (Brandi) Henley along with their beloved dog Henley. They were blessed with eight grandchildren Ashleigh (Jeremy) Flora, Alli (Travis) Castle, Justin (Ashley) Vaughn, Madalynn Tindall, Chase Henley, Gracie Henley, Hunter Henley, and Colin Henley. As well as their five great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren, Brett, Kandler, Ben, Waverleigh, Wesleigh, Bentley, Talon, Swayze, Gaten, Adam, Callie, Kaylee, and Karleigh. Ralph is survived by his wife Shirley, his daughter Nora and her husband Tim, his son Wade and his wife Brandi, all eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren, his six loving siblings Linnie, Jan, Sherry, Cindy, Erb, and Kerry, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ralph is best known for his love of fishing, hunting, gardening, and his amazing sense of humor. He was loved and adored by his family and friends. His family will testify that the world is a little dimmer and a little less funny without Ralph's infectious laughter, fantastic stories and quick-witted comebacks. However, his memory will live on with his family and friends along with his hilarious stories for years to come. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 1, 2024 at Clarkson Baptist Church at 2:00PM. Visitation will be held from 12Noon until time for services at 2:00PM at Clarkson Baptist Church on Monday, April 1, 2024. Burial will follow in Clarkson Cemetery. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Clarkson Baptist Church instead of Clarkson Cemetery. Bro. David Keen and Bro. Jason Hester will Officiate. Pallbearers will be Dean Brummett, Justin Vaughn, Chase Henley, Hunter Henley, Dylan Henley, Austin McGinnis and Cade Morrow. Honorary Pallbearers are Grady Crowley and Rickey Collins. Oliver Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
