Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Saturday 12/30/23 at Lollars Grove Baptist Church in Webster County MS with burial in the Church Cemetery. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Lollars Grove Baptist Church instead of Lollars Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until 2:00PM at Lollars Grove Baptist Church. Mary Estelle Whitaker passed away December 23, 2023 at the age of 78 at the Windsor Place surrounded by her family in Columbus, MS. Mary Estelle was born January 31, 1945 to Ben and Monie Holland Jones in Webster County, MS. She was a retired sales clerk for the former Murphy Drug Co. in Eupora, MS. Mrs. Mary Estelle was a member of Lollars Grove Baptist Church in Eupora, MS. Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Lollars Grove Baptist Church with burial in the Church Cemetery. Rev. Willy Weddle officiated. Mary Estelle is survived by one daughter; Sherry Whitaker (Doug) Rollins, Sedro-Woolley, WA, two sons; Greggory (Regina) Whitaker and Jeffory (Angie) Whitaker both of Columbus, MS, one brother; Jerry (Shirley) Jones, Mathiston, MS, five grandchildren; Andrew Whitaker, Johnathan Whitaker, Isabella Whitaker, Rebecca Coplin and Brittany Patterson, seven great grandchildren; Jessie Whitaker, Jasper Whitaker, Link Whitaker, Zane Whitaker, Logan Patterson, Evie Patterson and Judah Patterson. She was preceded in death by her parents; Ben and Monie Holland, her husband; Jearl Whitaker and one grandson; Nathan Whitaker.
