Funeral Services will be held 3:00PM Sunday 8/20/23 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Double Springs Methodist Cemetery in Oktibbeha County. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of Double Springs Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00PM until 3:00PM Sunday 8/20/23 at Oliver Funeral Home. Mrs. Marilyn Yvonne Petty Dewberry, 87, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora. Funeral Services were Sunday, August 20, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with burial in the Double Springs Methodist Cemetery in Oktibbeha County. Rev. Tommy Temple officiated. Music was provided by Donnie Buckner. Born in Oktibbeha County, Mrs. Dewberry was a retired Nurse's Aide and Homemaker. She was a member of Maben United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt Dewberry. Survivors include her daughters, Brenda (Gerald) Threet of Maben, MS; Kae Fondren of Maben, MS; Cheri (Jack) Kelly of Eupora, MS; a son, Lynn Dewberry of Maben, MS; brothers, Sidney Petty of Ackerman, MS and Gilbert Petty of North Carolina; 8 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Brad Dewberry, Caine Adams, Eddie Dewberry, Ben Burton, Mike Dewberry, Blake Love.
