Funeral Services will be held 3:00PM Sunday 9/18/22 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Wake Forest Cemetery in Webster County, MS. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel instead of Wake Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00PM until 3:00PM Sunday 9/18/22 at Oliver Funeral Home. Lisa Ann Shaw passed away peacefully at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS on September 15, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born on July 15, 1972 in Lee County to Charles Edward and Phyllis Diane Langford Shaw. She was her class Salutatorian when she graduated from East Webster High School in 1990 and was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Webster County, MS. She went on to complete her Accounting Degree from Mississippi State University in the spring of 1995. After college, she embarked on a 28-year career in Internal Audit and Compensation at both Walmart and Sam’s Club, living in both Cullman, AL and then Bentonville, AR. In 2018, she returned to Mississippi, making her home in Madison, and began a very fulfilling career with C Spire as a Compensation and Payroll Manager for the company, which she loved. Lisa found many friends no matter where she was and enjoyed spending time with them as well as traveling with them, cooking for them, and enjoying life with them. When she became an aunt, her nephew and niece were the light of her life and she loved to spoil them, her family and anyone she loved, and she loved many. She is survived by her mother; Phyllis Diane Shaw, her sister and brother-in-law; Christy and Marty Steadman, a nephew; Hayden Steadman, a niece; Lillian Steadman, all of Mathiston, MS. She also leaves behind her beloved cat Gracie. She was preceded in death by her father; Charles Edward Shaw and an infant brother; Douglas Shaw. Funeral Services were held Sunday, September 18, 2022 at 3:00PM at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, MS. Burial was at Wake Forest Cemetery located in Webster County, MS. Rev. Doug Christy officiated the service. Pallbearers were: Cliff Abbott, Brad Andrews, Daryn Edwards, Allen Flowers, Devan Hurst, David Steadman, Doug Wilson, Dean Wright and Shane Wright
