Kathy Weeks Santana, 70, retired CNA, died 3/29/24 at her home in Mathiston, MS. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 2:00PM at Blythe Creek Baptist Church in Choctaw County, MS on April 5, 2024. Visitation will be Friday at 1:00PM April 5, 2024 at Blythe Creek Baptist Church in Choctaw County, MS. Burial will follow in the church cemetery at Blythe Creek. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held in the Church rather than at the Cemetery. Bro. Todd Chesser will officiate. Pallbearers will be Clay Brackin, Joey Brackin, Brandon Carmichael, Dustin Carmichael, Trevon Eaddy and Gregg Lang. Kathy was born March 18, 1954 in Choctaw County, MS to Casey and Birdie Lou Bruce Weeks. She was a member of Blythe Creek Baptist Church in Choctaw County, MS. Mrs. Kathy is survived by two sons; Charles (Lori Smith) Brackin, Mathiston, MS and Joey (Jessica) Brackin, Starkville, MS, a brother; Casey Weeks, Jr., Houston, MS, one grandson; Camden Brackin and a host of nieces, nephews and "bonus" grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents; Casey and Birdie Lou Bruce Weeks, a husband; Henry Santana and a daughter; Jennifer Leigh Brackin. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora was in charge of all arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to Blythe Creek Cemetery Fund, 6211 LaGrange Road, Mathiston, MS 39752.
