Funeral Services were held 10:00AM Wednesday 7/26/23 at Bluff Springs Cemetery in Choctaw County, MS. Rev. Willy Weddle officiated. Mr. Guy Jerry is survived by his son; Jerry Fountain, LaGrange, NC, two daughters; Tina Fountain, Kosciusko, MS and Mavis Lynn Fountain, Louisville, MS, three sisters; Jean Gilbert, Kathy Hawkins and Carol Sue Hoover all of Eupora, MS, brother; Larry Fountain, Eupora, MS, two grandchildren and wife; Angela Kaye Fountain, Louisville, MS.
