Egista Lepri Cooper

Mrs. Egista Lepri Cooper, 103, died 6/2/22 at her residence in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services were held 1:00PM Wednesday 6/8/22 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Clarkson Cemetery in Webster County, MS. Rev. Willy Weddle officiated. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Webster County and was preceded in death by her husband; Hugh Cooper, her parents; Ferruccio and Amelia Papini Lepri, her daughter; Josephine Amelia Cooper, three sisters and a brother. Egista "Egi" is survived by her loving daughter; Paula Cooper (Bob) Jines, Brandon, MS, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. "Egi", more than anything here on earth loved her family. She enjoyed making her famous Italian spaghetti for them. She loved planting flowers and watching them grow. "Egi" was a hard working homemaker who loved God and enjoyed going to church and after becoming unable to attend, she enjoyed watching church services on television. She will be so very missed, as everyone loved her just as much as she loved them. Mother, we will see you again some day.
