Visitation will be 12:30PM until 2:00PM Friday 1/20/23 at Oliver Funeral Home in Eupora, MS. Mrs. Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Curry Malone, 92, retired Daytime Communications Supervisor at Mississippi State University, died 1/16/23 at The Preserve at Meridian Assisted Living Center in Meridian, MS. Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Friday 1/20/23 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Clarkson Cemetery in Webster County MS. Bro. Benjamin Laird, Bro. Jason Middleton and Rev. Linda Malone officiated. Pallbearers were; Felix Bryan, Bill Cook, Bernie White, Carl Kelly, Tim Lacy and Joel Reed. Honorary Pallbearers were; Ruben Walker, Butch Cook, Phillip Reynolds, Steve Ulmer, Lovey Neal and Billy Martin Mrs. Dottie was a longtime member of Meadowview Baptist Church in Starkville, MS. and is survived by two sons; John (Linda) Malone, Duck Hill, MS and Tony (Mary) Malone, Chunky, MS, two grandsons; Matt and Bill Malone and their mother Gayle Wink, a step-grandson; Iann Trejo, a niece; Jeannie (Tim) Lacy and a nephew; Jim Curry. She was preceded in death by her parents; James and Katie Curry and a brother; James Estes "Friday" Curry. Mrs. Dottie was an avid gardener who could make anything grow and loved Mississippi State University, especially MSU Football.
