Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday 9/28/22 at Palestine United Methodist Church in Clay County, MS with burial in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will begin 5:00PM Tuesday 9/27/22 at his residence in Pheba, MS. There will also be a visitation from 1:00PM until 2:00PM Wednesday 9/28/22 at Palestine United Methodist Church in Clay County. Mr. Donald "Donnie" Watson, 74, retired employee with Babcock & Wilcox Mfg. and Livestock Purchase Agent, died 9/25/22 at Batist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle in Columbus, MS. Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Wednesday 9/28/22 at Palestine United Methodist Church in Clay County, MS. Bro. R. C. Bryan officiated. Pallbearers were; Tommy Millsaps, Kim Millsaps, Frank Galloway, Jay McKee, Robert Span and James Span. Honorary Pallbearers were; Sammy King, Van Griggs, Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle Critical Care Staff, Pheba community and the Sun Creek Water Association. He was a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Clay County and was preceded in death by his parents; Drewey and Gertrude Watson, wife; Deborah Watson, daughter; Wendy Watson, brother; James Watson and two sisters; Jackie Watson and Alice Galloway. Mr. Donnie is survived by his daughter; Angela Watson Doss, Houston, MS, two grandchildren; Jade Doss and Scarlett Doss (Van Griggs), and his special friend; Ilene Fleming
