Billy Roy Fulgham

Billy Roy Fulgham age 92, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Billy was born in Choctaw County on March 27, 1932, to Charlie Carl Fulgham and Bessie Kate Tuck Fulgham. He was a retired small engine business owner where he specialized in working on chainsaws at his business, Fulgham Small Engines in Maben, MS. Billy was a member of Mathiston First Baptist Church in Mathiston, MS and also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Fulgham is survived by two daughters, Janet (Trey) Dickerson, Odessa, TX and Kay (Jerry) Stewart, Flora, MS; two sons, Derrell (Charlotte) Fulgham, Symsonia, KY and Joe (Dianne) Smith, Vicksburg, MS; three sisters, Margie (Steve) Coleson, Houston, AL, Faye (Jimmy) Pinnix, Flowood, MS and Nell (Charles) Chandler, Houston, MS; one brother, Bobby (April) Fulgham, Lexington, TN; one daughter-in-law, Bonnie Smith, Sardis, MS; seventeen grandchildren, Corey Addy, Mary Grace Dickerson, Adam Fulgham, Brian Fulgham, Danielle Garton, Alexa Haney, Hannah Haney, Taylor Haney, Daniel Smith, James Smith, Kacey Stewart, Kim Stewart, Tommy Stewart, Zack Stewart, Karen Taylor, Justin White and Christina Winstead and fourteen great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Pattie Fulgham; his parents, Charlie Carl and Bessie Kate Tuck Fulgham; one son, Pat Smith and a younger brother, Joe Fulgham. Funeral Services for Mr. Billy will be at 2:00PM Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Mathiston First Baptist Church in Mathiston, MS. Interment will follow at Clarkson Cemetery in Webster County, MS. The Graveside/Committal Services will be held at Mathiston First Baptist Church instead of Clarkson Cemetery. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Mathiston First Baptist Church in Mathiston, MS from 12Noon until time for services at 2:00PM. Dr. Wade Stevens, Rev. Will Livingston and Rev. Chris Moore will officiate. Pallbearers will be Mr. Fulgham's grandsons and great grandsons. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is in charge of all arrangements.
